Medical patients in California can purchase up to 8 ounces of cannabis at a time. Adult-use customers are limited to 1 ounce.
SHOP FROM AGE 18
With a doctor's recommendation, adults 18 and older can purchase medical cannabis. Adult-use customers must be 21 or older.
POSSIBLE TAX SAVINGS
Patients who also hold a county-issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) may be exempt from state sales and use tax on cannabis purchases.
